U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is heading to London to meet with Putin's representative and offer new concessions to Russia to get this Ukrainian crisis to recede from the media and let Obama and Kerry move on to more important issues.

"We will offer certain choices to Foreign Minister Lavrov and through him (to) President (Vladimir) Putin in the hopes, and I think the hopes of the world, that we will be able to find a way forward," Kerry told lawmakers Wednesday.
