People in power want to stay in power, no matter what.

NK generals have too much blood on their hands to revolt, but what about the colonels? Why is a palace coup so impossible?

Oh, and by the way, I was renovating a building in Chicago about 20 years a go and I needed a roof, but of course that did not happen because Chicago experienced TWO 100 year rain storms a week apart. and I could not get a roof. Nature does not give a sh+t.
