So inspectors visit the re-education camps. No different than American Crescent tours of Theresienstadt. Ears and eyes and mouths cannot be believed. Who now is willing to learn from factual history and divine motives? Bolton?

Are you referring to "CCP" as in Cyrillic "CCP", within "CCCP", meaning Союз Советских Социалистических Республик, transliterated as Soyuz Sovetskikh Sotsialisticheskikh Respublik, or SSSR, and in English USSR, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics?

Words only have common definitions in "good times", and those kinds of times occur seldomly.

Definitions, like their analog "international laws", are always self serving, and only ever enlightening if their use is to increase understanding between BOTH conversation parties.

..'though, it can be "enlightening" to analyse the self serving meanings in relation to the usual or "best intentioned" meanings.

There really isn't much difference between these times and "normal" times, other than that there is more "signal and amplitude" than during those so-called "normal" times.

..and by "signal" I mean "panicky assholery".
