My break even on the 10 is about 2985, which is about 2/3 the distance from the February low to today's high.

As the holder of a professional medical license who has been called before the state licensing board I can confirm Hubbs's assessment 100%. Our state board had equal numbers of lifers and everyday doctors elected to the position. Those doctors who are elected are very reasonable and listen to both sides of any story. The lifers, however, by-and-large have never practiced medicine for a single day, and have never had to deal with the idiotic public. They're exactly the same as the parasites who run for government office having never worked a day in private industry: high on power, corrupt, and full of self-importance.
