Fed can print, but there's a multiplier effect, and many, many more
quadrillion dollars of debt are created.
Printing one dollar creates one dollar of debt immediately. As that
dollar is loaned and re-loaned, the result is that the one dollar of
printed money could result in 5-10 dollars of new interlocking debt.
The Fed can never keep up with the interlocking debt, and indeed can
only make it worse.
