Meanwhile, in order for Trump to prevail, the states involved in this lawsuit would have to flip at least three out of the four states they are targeting. No matter which states they are, it has to be at least three out of four. Anything short of that, and Biden still wins.
I don't think this was ever the plan and still isn't the way it progresses. For various reasons, mostly timing and status quo, the main directive has always been creating enough doubt to faithfully send EC voters for Biden. I don't see how you could at this point, unless you are bought off, don't care or just want business as usual. The Texas suit is the best for this very reason, it focuses on something that wasn't really possible once the illegal votes and election had taken place - there are no laws to truly nullify it even IF it was clear there was fraud and over-the-top fraud, at that. For Truth's sake, Trump did win all of those states, or at a minimum he won Georgia/Wisconsin/Pennsylvania ... hell, he even won AZ and Nevada. The ruling here is not to necessarily say that the election, even tough fraudulent, didn't happen. The point of law is clear and definitive: you broke your own rules and still had an election based on illegal procedures, which you even admit. On the merits, it cannot be looked at as faithful in any respect, and these states do determine the outcome, so the House must vote on the President, as that is exactly what the procedure is according to our Constitution.

If the Supreme Court overturned the election, you truly would have a revolution. Anything we've seen for the past four years would be like a gentle breeze in comparison. For that reason, I wouldn't expect them to do so, even those Trump appointed.

I don't recall things being this bad even in the 1930s. FDR's own party threatened to impeach him if he attempted his court-packing scheme, but Biden's facing threats for not definitively saying he will do so.
In other words, we are already at the mercy of the bottom feeders. Fight or flight.

Super good guy, America's sweet heart, Tom Hanks and his lovely leftist wife both aquired Greek (EU) passports last spring and are relocating to Europe. A lot of talk about keeping his house in LA, but last I heard he was selling that too. So this is what happens: the liberal loons destroy everything and fly the coop and leave the rest of us be tortured, raped, robbed, and murdered.
Hollywood is disgusting. That these people also claim to be christian orthodox is another sad display for the society. Everyone got hoodwinked, and then they buy Greek citizenship. Pathetic.

Two donations came in yesterday. I am delayed due to a serious problem with a major project at my 9-5 job. Here is what will happen:

When you donate, you will get a thank you message through GoFundMe. This message will contain a 12 character verification code. You will need to send an email to me at navigator@comingstorms.com with this code. The reason for this is that GoFundMe does not provide me with your email address. (I will send those thank you messages out later today for those that donated yesterday - also, someone did earlier get such a message, but did not respond - to this person - please check your email for a note from GoFundMe).

Once I get the code from you, and thereby have your email address, I can give you access to the book. If you have donated $50 or more, you would get access to what is already done. If you donate $25, you will get access to the entire book once it is complete.

Right now, I am on page 190 out of 200. Once I get done, I have to send it to my editor for proofing (she has been doing this quarter by quarter). Also, I am getting some feedback about potentially rearranging some of the material, so I will have to look at that too. But it should be done by Christmas.

In any case, if you donate $25 before Christmas, I will send what is done by then to you.

I don't think this was ever the plan and still isn't the way it progresses. For various reasons, mostly timing and status quo, the main directive has always been creating enough doubt to faithfully send EC voters for Biden.
1) According to federal law, all recounts and court contests over presidential election results must be completed by December 8. With that deadline having past, the states involved in this lawsuit must challenge the constitutionality of that law if they expect to prevail. Otherwise, the official results likely will stand even if widespread voter fraud is proven in court.

2) In the event that states involved in this lawsuit fail to challenge or overturn that federal law, Trump's second to last hope would be faithless electors. He won't be able to flip electoral votes in Arizona, Michigan, or Nebraska, because those states not only require their electors to vote as pledged, but also remove and replace them if they attempt to cast a different ballot. So he would have to focus on Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. And then at least 37 of the 46 electors from those three states would have to defect in order to deny Biden the majority. This would cause the election to be decided by the House.

3) In the event that Biden still ends up with a majority in the Electoral College come December 14, Trump's final stand will be when Congress formally counts the votes on January 6. It is possible for electoral votes to be discarded as invalid should a sufficient number of members of Congress object. Should enough votes be discarded, the election will then be decided by the House.

4) Meanwhile, should Biden dispute the results in swing states that Trump won (such as Florida, North Carolina, and Maine's second district), such a challenge would -- in my opinion -- be significantly less likely to prevail than Trump's. This is because -- going back to my final election prediction -- Trump won exactly zero states that I predicted would go to Biden. While Biden won three states (and one congressional district) that I predicted would go to Trump.

SCOTUS has rejected the Texas lawsuit citing lack of standing.

There technology is obsolete. That’s why they keep making silly and embarrassing secret weapon videos showing Russian super weapons destroying New York and Miami. Putin talks too much. Americans don’t make videos like that because they really do have super weapons. The Americans kept theirs secret. Everyone knows that America’s military is vicious. When Putin does order new weapons, there are all kinds of radioactive explosions and deaths.
As a former tanker I won't blather on about how we see the future battlefield. I will say that drones are awesome, though anti-drone defense is pretty easy and highly effective.

In our universe most don't worry about new Russian tanks. At all. They are neat, have some great features, though in the end, the Russians don't have the capacity to build thousands, and they are likely not going to invade Europe. The biggest fear with Russia is their asymmetric approach to undermining and overthrowing.

Russia's super modern fighter, which is the Russian Su-57 stealth fighter. It is a beautiful design. It has a larger radar cross section (RCS) than the US Navy's F-18 E/F Block III. Meaning our non-stealth Generation 4.5 is more stealthier than their stealth Generation 5 fighter.

Things that make you go hmmm

Cavalry will be more useful than tanks. At least killer drones may have troubles to recognize "peaceful" horses from military ones. Also horses are really cute (and eatable if necessary).

Loss of the media to the enemy.

Prepare for no private property rights and no rights based on that.
