To answer your question, I think the market is very high but I haven't thought or felt that, "Today is THE high" yet.
But late today I felt different about one thing. I feel that the Russell 2000 may have topped today.
While the periphery breaks down rather slowly at first, the capital cities of the hegemon should collapse suddenly and violently.

Re: Financial topics
Today I pecked $365 out of the market. The S&P 500 was down a little. Did not increase shorts. That narrowed my loss a bit since I started going short last week.
Tomorrow I may go short some Russell 2000 via the RWM inverse ETF. Not crazy about the idea. The Russell 2000 was up a lot today. That's been the hot index.

NEW YORK—The Federal Reserve Bank of New York today announced the selection of additional counterparties to support, as applicable, agency commercial mortgage backed securities (agency CMBS) purchases and the Commercial Paper Funding Facility (CPFF). By widening the eligibility criteria for counterparties for these market operations and 13(3) facility, the New York Fed is furthering its commitment to support diversity, inclusion, and opportunity as we increase these programs’ operational capacity and reach.

Re: Financial topics
As far as where things are at compared to the ramp off the 2009 low, I've made some comparisons here with patterns and moving averages, but it's very difficult to say, it seems to me. I think there are many on Wall Street trying to make such a comparison. They may ratio out the prices, for instance, by estimating a high of 2200*(1150/667 or 1220/667) = ~3800 or ~4000, or make time comparisons, for instance, March 9, 2009 to January 19, 2010 for the first leg would be equivalent to March 23, 2020 to February 2, 2021 which, incidentally, is where I started going short without having done the comparison until now! Anyway, I'm approaching this similar to a day trade, just on a longer time horizon. The time horizon is "near here" and the price is "near here" with a margin of maybe 5% and the goal is to book a profit. Some kind of profit that keeps me off the street and pays better than a day job, hopefully.

This to JPM implies that even small allocations of 1% to bitcoin "would cause a big increase in the volatility of the overall portfolio.
For example, if a corporate treasurer allocates 1% of her 1% vol portfolio to bitcoin, the overall portfolio volatility will rise from 1% to 8%.
