I may seem like a strange person to be saying all of this. I have been a climate activist for 20 years and an environmentalist for 30.
But as an energy expert asked by Congress to provide objective expert testimony, and invited by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) to serve as Expert Reviewer of its next Assessment Report, I feel an obligation to apologize for how badly we environmentalists have misled the public.
As we know half are retarded and deceived and yes beamed in ballets was and is real. Poor Bastards and its third term underway.

I took my first stroll south of NYC's Canal Street in three years five days ago, and what I saw shook me to my core.
The place is a ghost town (no, I am not being metaphorical). About 60% of all stores are shut down and paddlocked and even those which are nominally open apparently either closed at noon or were just pretending to be open. Crude packaging paper covers nearly 30% of all storefronts. "Retail space available" signs are all over the place, as far as eye can see. At 6:00, a typical peak of the rush hour, there was hardly a soul to be seen around the City Hall. The traffic volume was on par with Inner Mongolia's. I would have been happy to see a stray dog. Parking space - uncharacteristically for NYC - was to be found everywhere. Chinatown, once a hub of small business' commercial activity, was on life support. I think I saw all of three people along the East Broadway. Pitiful!
I have no idea what kind of "economic recovery" comrades Biden, Harris & Cuomo are talking about. To me, this is a Dead Sea on steroids.
