Any comments on the Fauci email scandal?

The leaked emails show Fauci was well aware that the virus leaked from the Wuhan lab and was not the result of a natural jump from animal to man in nature.

In 2014 President Obama had banned gain of function research which is when scientists alter viruses to make them infect human cells easier. Gain of function research was considered too dangerous for study. Fauci and the NIH got around this ban by outsourcing the research to the Wuhan lab. The American taxpayers paid for the funding the NIH sent to the Wuhan lab. Fauci also testified back in 2012 that gain of function research was worth risking a global pandemic.

The same (generational) corruption that is in the financial system is also in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Why anyone would run out to get an experimental vaccine that has no long term safety testing that was pushed by a man of this character is strange to me.

The emails also show how Fauci was aware of hydroxycholorquine and Ivermectin as treatments for COVID. Yet the law says that emergency use authorization cannot be granted to the experimental shots if an existing drug exists. So the Democratic Party in conjunction with the mainstream media took down Hydroxycholorquine and Ivermectin. People died from COVID instead of being given hydroxycholorquine. People are dying from these experimental shots for no reason. The governors of New York and Michigan were threatening doctors who were using hydroxycholorquine to treat COVID early in the pandemic.

In my article, I concluded that the American mainstream media was not
only an arm of the Democrat Party, but was also an arm of the Chinese
Communist Party, thanks to China's bribery and extortion playbook.

In my opinion, the same is true of Anthoy Fauci, and Fauci and the
World Health Organization are effectively controlled by the Chinese
Communist Party. I cannot think of any reasonable explanation for why
Fauci funded the Bat Lady at the Wuhan Lab through Peter Daszak and
the EcoHealth Alliance of New York, and I do not believe that Fauci
believed that the funding would not be used for gain-of-function and
bioweapons research. Like every other person and organization around
the word targeted by the Chinexe bribery and extortion playbook, Fauci
did as he was told.

The timing of all of this is worth thinking about.. why now? It was known 12 months ago that NIH had funneled money through a 3rd party to support the Wuhan lab (the Peak Prosperity guy was all over it). Rand Paul had a notable exchange with Fauci a couple weeks ago - but the MSM easily dismisses Rand Paul out of hand.. Did the Administration believe they couldn't put a lid on this topic like they have on so many others? I find that hard to believe.

Did somebody give permission for this to be talked about now? Why now? Did they need a new enemy to blame everything on now that Trump is gone, Covid is nearly played out and China is convenient? And yet, publicly the Whitehouse made this statement a bit ago: "Dr. Fauci has played an incredible role and the Biden Administration has full confidence in him"

I hate being so cyncial - but the timing makes me wonder what other shoe is about to drop.

China has also announced that it is working on a stealth bomber with a range of 5,000 miles. The article below states that it could reach Guam, but depending on where it takes off it could potentially reach as far as the Rocky Mountains. Note that this aircraft is not yet in service and is not expected to enter service until around 2025. Also note that the design is extremely similar to that of the B-2, making it very likely that this yet another project inspired by stolen technology.

It strikes me that China is now admitting that the PLA cannot surpass the USM until at least 2030. That is in fact could be very bad news for China.

In 2013, China publicly stated that it was planning to invade Taiwan no later than 2025.

Assuming that (1) China hasn't pushed back the invasion date; and (2) Biden doesn't screw up the military to the point where the PLA ends up surpassing the USM earlier than 2030, this means that when war breaks out China's military development will be at least five years behind schedule. At that point, the only way China would be able to win the war would be if either (1) another major power allied with it; (2) the US makes fatal tactical mistakes; or (3) internal factors severely weaken the US war effort.

Note that this would create yet another parallel between the Communist China and Nazi Germany, as Hitler made the same mistake. According to the terms of the "Pact of Steel" between Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy, they would not be able to wage a successful war against the other European powers until 1942. This meant that when war broke out in 1939, Germany and Italy's military development was three years behind schedule. This could be a sufficient explanation for why Germany was unable to invade Britain, why Italy was unable to conquer Greece on its own, why Italy so quickly lost control of its colonies in East Africa, and why Germany was unable to defeat the USSR despite the Soviet military being in much worse shape than the Wehrmacht in 1941.

Most VLO bombers are going to look similar to the B-2 because it's the best design for that function. The question is whether China can build something competitive with a 30+ year old design. I'll give them better chances than Russia which doesn't have the money to do it. The question is how low a RCS it can get; I think it likely to be an order of magnitude worse than the B-2. The range will be a big handicap since China lacks the network of overseas bases the US possesses and also has a severe shortage or aerial tankers.

It's an item on control but in the short to medium term I'd be more concerned with the increasing numbers of J-20s which is the only non-US stealth fighter in operation. It's still inferior to F-22s let alone F-35s, but better in that respect than anything else flying.

Dude, it's The Sun...

I have an extremely hard time believing that either Russia or China could leapfrog the US in a field such as this. China can't even develop worthwhile aircraft engines on its own and is using Russian engines which are inferior to anything produced in the US or Europe. Russia can't afford more than a token amount (if that) of its "wonder weapons" and mostly uses somewhat upgraded versions of 30+ year old designs. Neither puts anywhere near the amount of resources the US does into R&D, even including PPP.

I won't rule out the possibility entirely, but I'd rate it as extremely improbable.
