I had knee surgery about 3 months ago. A week before the surgery, I received a call from the medical center, telling me I'd be paying $1050 out-of-pocket, and nothing else. The day before surgery, I received another call from them, telling me I'd be paying $1475 out-of-pocket; the ditz on the other end of the call couldn't articulate why the fee was increased after 6 days, but assured me this was the only amount due, then or in the future.

A month after my surgery, I received a bill from the medical center for an additional $2000; still waiting for them to provide the detailed billing statement I requested.

If I billed my clients in the manner these people do, I'd be up on fraud charges.

Lie cheat steal and they do top down to screw you and will continue to uniparty do so.
