U.S. admits, even brags, they have appeased North Korea

U.S. Obama administration admits, even brags, Obama has personally appeased North Korea in response to threats from the North Korea leader in an attempt to make him happy.

In Seoul on Friday, Kerry said President Barack Obama had canceled a number of military exercises planned with South Korea. The message that the U.S. wasn't seeking a military confrontation was directed as much to the North as to Beijing.

Obama once again screw an American ally for the purpose of appeasing an enemy of both the United States and the ally.
