Nato - Announces more of same - too little - too late

After much vague talk about plans to re-enforce eastern Nato countries, Nato announces too little too late.

Nato indicates it plans to increase Nato air plane patrols and send more ships to Baltic Sea ( but not Black Sea ).

Makes clear no ground troops are being sent to protect front line Nato countries.

Nato also makes it clear it's most important objective is not to provoke Russia.

Apparently Ukraine's military is following the same policy, and following Nato's lead, by declining to fight pro-Russian militias in Ukraine.
