By killing what Moscow calls protestors, and what Kiev has called "Terrorists" using the Ukrainian military, the Kiev Govt. has crossed the Rubicon, the ball is in Putin's court.
Will Kiev retreat from Eastern Ukraine as Putin has demanded, or was Putin bluffing, and did Kiev just call Putin's bluff ???
